Picos de Europa Trail Running Guided Trek - 2023

8 days trail running in the mountains of the Picos de Europa
with guides Mimi & Jonas Hill, and running coaches, Jenni Nettik and Brittany Charboneau 

Trip Details:
On this 8 day trail running trip, we will traverse a route in the Picos that was custom designed to experience the best running trails in the National Park. We will cover about 60 miles over 6 days, with a built in active rest day. This trip also includes professional coaching prior to and during the trip.

Running & Nutrition Coaching

The Mercuria Team works with the sports dietitians at Fly Nutrition, Children's Hospital, & Active Fueling to help you put together a plan to cover all of your training needs. Learn correct race day fueling and daily intake to get the most benefit from that training.

Under Brittany’s plan and guidance, I set PRs in both the ½ marathon and 5K and I am on my way toward a Boston qualifying marathon. Beyond the plan, Brittany is a source of motivation, inspiration, and knowledge. She is amazingly positive and gets me mentally and physically prepared while listening and incorporating my needs into the training.
