1 month training plan & online coaching 

Coach Jenni will design a one-month personalized training plan to help you reach your goals. This training plan includes online coaching with 2-3 check-ins per week via training plan. The one-month training plan is a great way to try online coaching! Training plan includes: Training Plan, Effort/Pace Chart, Mental Training Drills, Dynamic Warm-ups, Strength Routines, Description of Types of Runs, & Explanation of Speed Workouts

ONLINE COACHING

Regular support is the secret to successful training! 

Your coach will personally check-in with you multiple times each week to keep you on track during your training. Ask questions and stay accountable by chatting directly inside your online training plan. (Must be paired with a 4 or 6 month training plan.)

 

 

Online coaching can billed monthly if you prefer, just let Coach Jenni know.

Get a training plan targeted to your goals

Coach Jenni will create a training plan of up to 4-months in length designed to help you reach your goals. Training plans are ideal for runners training for an ultra, marathon, half marathon, 10k, 5k, or race series. Pair training plans with online coaching for $65/month and get weekly support and plan adjustments as needed. Training plan includes: Effort/Pace Chart, Mental Training Drills, Dynamic Warm-ups, Strength Routines, Description of Types of Runs, Explanation of Speed Workouts

Check-in with Coach Jenni weekly via the phone to set goals, discuss training, and reflect on performance.

One Year of Online Coaching

Commit to your goals!

Coach Jenni will design a one year training program based on your goals and race schedule. Program includes training plan and online coaching. Training plans are shared as 4-month blocks, and include 2-3 check-ins per week via the training plan. Training plan can be started at anytime in the calendar year.
