Jenni’s Running Story

I've been a runner since first grade, when I beat all the boys at recess! Since then, I've enjoyed running for fun, fitness, and a little competition. I love challenging myself in races, but I find the most joy in running adventures! If I invite you to join me -- I promise you won't get bored, just be sure to bring lots of snacks! I'm happily a road & trail runner, and love sharing my passion for both with my athletes! If I had to pick one distance to run for the rest of my life, I'd choose the marathon! My goal is to run my entire life!

Jenni’s Coaching Story

As a coach, I specialize in form coaching, training plans, and online coaching. My coaching style is based on 35+ years of running, 10+ years of coaching, and 10 years as an educator. MEET COACH TAYLOR

Taylor Keller, Running Coach

Marathon PR: 3:16:06, Santa Rosa Marathon 2023

Boston PR: 3:18:16, 2024, top 10% women

Taylor's Running Story

I started running in college after signing up for a local 10k and watching a family member cross the finish line of a marathon. I was inspired to start training for longer distances, and haven't looked back since. Running is my favorite way to explore new cities, and I've recently gotten into trail running, too!

Taylor’s Coaching Story

As a running coach, I specialize in online and form coaching. My coaching style has been shaped through my running, teaching group fitness, and working as a coach in the corporate world. I take a gratitude-focused approach towards training, and truly believe we run best when we have fun doing it!

MEET PHYSICAL THERAPIST LARA

Lara Canham, PT, DPT, OCS

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist

Running Speciality: Running Analysis and Movement Screening

Lara's Running Story

I ran my first race at the age of 5, and took it a step further with the Bolder Boulder at the age of 6 (not a record setting time, 2:09:17, but the effort was there!). I participated in track in middle/high school and in college took up endurance running. I've always diversified my interests and now enjoy running, skiing, hiking, rock climbing, biking (basically anything outdoors).

Lara’s Professional Story

I earned a BS in Biology at the University of Notre Dame and have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado. With a strong interest in teaching, I am a Senior Instructor and Admissions Advisor for the University of Colorado Doctor of Physical Therapy Program (I teach the running mechanics content in the movement science course!). I am certified in Dry Needling, practice clinically at The Colorado Athlete Physical Therapy, located at LoHi Athletic Club.
