I’ve been running with Coach Keri-Ann since Summer 2020 and have felt a tremendous difference in my performance. She’s taught and encouraged me to trust my training plan, the process, and my body. Save the miles/effort for when it counts and enjoy each workout. She incorporates fun and energy into every workout and is always available whenever I need coaching support (questions about my plan, paces, etc.) or to encourage me. My current training plan is the perfect mix of challenge and fun and I’m learning that more miles don’t necessarily mean better outcomes. If you want a coach you can trust, who will encourage you to push yourself into the best runner you can be, and who is downright fun, choose Coach Keri-Ann, you won’t be disappointed, you might just PR.
